New homes and condo conversions can be a great way to save money on the purchase of your home by taking advantage of builder incentives such as paid closing costs, rebates, and design upgrades.   

I will save you up to 1% of the purchase price* on the purchase of a new construction home or condo conversion by giving you the opportunity to participate in HomeSniffers New Construction Rebate Program.Participation is as easy as following a few simple steps**- 

1. Select the areas that you are interested in.
2. Send us a New Home info. request
3. Meet with a HomeSniffer New Construction Specialist to discuss your needs and get pre-qualified by HomeSniffer Loan Specialist
4. A HomeSniffer New Construction Specialist must accompany you on your first visit to any new home development.
5. Sign a sales contract with one of the new home developments.
6. Once you close escrow on your new home you will receive your Homesniffer rebate within 15 days. 
   

* Amount of rebate depends on commission amount offered for cooperating agents.

** You will only be eligible to participate in the rebate program if you are not currently under contract with a real estate agent and if the new home development you select is cooperating with real estate agents and if a HomeSniffer Specialist accompanies you on your first visit to the development.
